Fishing on the fjord can bring a variety of fish, from Salmon to Mackeral. One can fish from boat, or one can fish from the dock if so desired. Big or small fish can be caught, adding a wide range of enjoyment from the big fisherman to the small.
Guddalselva is a good river for fishing salmon, and winds down the valley in big turns. The river leads the way to the mountain, winding it's way through taluses and beautiful blue lakes. Addtionally, a source for fun and hiking enjoyment. Figuratively speaking, the river is the pulse of the valley and we must remember always to take care of it. The river is environmentally protected as a part of Folgefonna National Park. Fishing licenses can be purchased locally.
